Strong practitioners possess a certain skill set, and facilitation is a key part of the tool box. Whether it is one on one, small group, or large group, structured dialogues and constructive conversations are pivotal to the work of diversity and inclusion. Participants in this pre-institute workshop will sharpen their abilities to manage challenging conversations and cultivate multiple perspectives through dialogue. This session will be useful for anyone who wants to lead more effective professional development sessions, engage in more effective change management, and develop techniques for conflict resolution. The session will be lead by Priyanka Rupani and Dr. Terrell Winder, seasoned facilitators, trainers, educators, and diversity practitioners.
