Mentoring program
Members will receive on-going mentoring from Institute Faculty for one year following the Institute. The mentoring program will help members stay accountable for the goals and strategic plans created at the Institute while providing them with continued collaboration and mutual support. The mentoring program's structure includes:
One-on-One and Cohort Mentor Sessions with Faculty during the Institute
Monthly Cohort Conference Calls with Institute Faculty for one year following the Institute
One-on-One Phone Call with Faculty member in Fall and Spring following the Institute
